Trinity Hall Farm

Dencora purchased the site in 2003 and carried out a comprehensive refurbishment to create a multi-unit light industrial and office scheme opposite Cambridge Science Park.

In 2021 Dencora submitted a planning application for a BREEAM Excellent rated 75,000 sq ft mid-tech/R&D scheme to be developed speculatively on the 3.2 acre site. The scheme was designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. The site was sold in July 2021 to an international investor following an off-market approach.
