The properties range from 1,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft and are held on a long-leasehold basis from St.Edmundsbury Council.  Greyfriars Road is a predominantly trade counter scheme including occupiers such as Plumbase, Marshall Motor Group, and Brewers.

The estate is owned and managed by Dencora.
