The properties range from 1,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft and are held on a long-leasehold basis from St.Edmundsbury Council.  Greyfriars Road is a predominantly trade counter scheme including occupiers such as Plumbase, Marshall Motor Group, and Brewers.  Chamberlayne Road is a small unit scheme offering units of up to 3,000 sq ft and includes occupiers such as City Electrical Factors, Hoseflex, and Ricoh UK Ltd.  Cratfield Road is a 10 unit scheme with units ranging in size from 1,670 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft including such occupiers as Ipswich Tyres, HSS Hire Service and Mayday Graphic Products Ltd.
