Managed in partnership with MRMU Ltd, Dencora operates Cornwall Services which is a purpose built 40,000 sq ft trunk road service area on the A30 Victoria Interchange in the heart of Cornwall. Occupiers include Co-op, Subway, McDonalds, Costa and Greggs. There’s a standalone Shell petrol filling station, truck-stop and newly developed Holiday Inn Express hotel onsite with ample parking and class leading EV charging facilities.
