Broadland Business Park was recently acquired from Lothbury Investment Management.  The corporate acquisition comprised 9 separate commercial buildings extending to 129,865 sq ft, all within a mature landscaping setting.  The total ownership extends to 39.1 acres.  Occupiers on the park include Morgan Sindall, Natwest, Mott McDonald, Ineos and the Driving Standards Agency.  The park offers excellent amenity including the onsite Waterside Café and presents a number of exciting asset management initiatives.
