Saxham

Dencora has a Joint Venture on 60 acres of land to the west of Saxham Business Park in Suffolk, adjacent to the A14.  A planning application has been submitted for the construction of a new steel storage, processing and distribution facility incorporating company headquarters for AJN Steelstock Ltd.  The proposed development will sit on a site of 30 acres and extend to 594,507 sq ft of accommodation.  The scheme is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and seeking to achieve in excess of a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain.  The site will benefit from 100% renewable electricity from the neighbouring AD Plant and incorporate a surface water strategy to allow excess water from the attenuation basin to be re-used for the irrigation of crops on adjacent farmland.  Access to the site will be via a new roundabout for which planning has already been granted.
