Greggs Drive-Thru

Dencora is onsite constructing an 1,800 sq ft drive thru facility for Greggs Plc.  The site was acquired from REQ Investments Ltd and formed a corner of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel car park fronting Great Western Way, adjacent to Junction 16 of the M4.  The end investment will be retained by Dencora within the wider portfolio.
