Dencora has a joint venture on 50 acres adjacent to the A11, just south of Norwich at Wymondham in Norfolk.  The site is already allocated for employment uses and is being brought forward as a Local Development Order with South Norfolk Council.  The site will extend to over 650,000 sq ft of accommodation, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.  Nearby occupiers include Norfolk Constabulary, Lotus Cars, Multimatic, Paragon, Bourn Hall Clinic and Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
